Where do you ship from?
All shipments are sent from Mexico by certified courier with the exception of Mondo screen prints, which are sent from the United States via UPS.

Do you ship worldwide?
During the Covid-19 pandemic we will only be shipping to Mexico, United States and Canada only. We hope to enable worldwide shipping as soon as possible.

Do you do exchanges or refunds?
All sales are final. Exchanges or refunds are only made when the item you received differs from your original order or if it is damaged. In this case we require a photographic proof of the item and its packaging via email to place a complaint with our courier company and follow up.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Your order is shipped within 5 to 7 business days from the date of your purchase. Delivery times may vary in pandemic times, from 1 to 4 weeks depending on the destination country. All orders will be provided with a tracking number.

How are the products shipped?
All screen prints, giclées and original artwork smaller than 40 x 50 cms. are shipped stretched protected by high density binding cardboard sheets which in turn are placed in a StayFlat envelope. Any printed product or original larger than 40 x 50 cms. will be shipped rolled and carefully protected inside a U-Line high density cardboard tube. (All Mondo screen prints are shipped rolled).

Are there any extra fees on international orders?
On very rare occasions orders may have extra taxes or charges in certain international customs, buyers assume responsibility for these charges if applicable, we cannot intervene in this situation.
